§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

(1) In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website www.onboarding2germany.com. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. B. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

(2) Responsible within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Okrass & Okrass Steuerberatungsgesellschaft und Unternehmensberatungsgesellschaft mbH, represented by the managing director Jochen Okrass, Kleine Hamburger Straße 26, 10115 Berlin, okrass@okrass-steuerberatung.de (see imprint ).

 

(3) When you contact us by telephone, e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if there are statutory storage obligations.

(4) If we use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. We also state the specified criteria for the storage period.

§ 2 Your rights

(1) You have the following rights towards us with regard to your personal data:

• Right to data portability.

(2) You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

 

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) If you only use the website for informational purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you want to view our website, we collect the following data that is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis for this: Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR) :

• Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

• Content of the request (specific page)

• Access Status/HTTP Status Code

• amount of data transferred in each case

• Website from which the request comes

• Operating system and its interface

§ 4 Use of Google Fonts and Google Maps

(1) When using this website, fonts ("Google Fonts") from the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, are integrated. (2) The operator of this website integrates maps from the “Google Maps” service provided by Google LLC. Google LLC has its registered office at 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The data processed by Google LLC may include users' IP addresses and location data, but these are not collected without their consent. As a user, you can usually change the location release in the settings of your mobile device. The data can be processed in the United States of America. § 5 Collection of personal data when concluding contracts

(1) When using the website to conclude contracts, we collect the personal data that is necessary for us to fulfill the contract and enforce payment claims. (Legal basis for this: Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR). These are:

 

• Salutation

• Name first Name

• Home address (street, house number, zip code)

• Possibly different billing address

• E-mail address

• Telephone number

• Customer status (new customer, existing customer)

(2) In addition, we collect the information specified in § 3 of the data protection declaration.

 

§ 6 Newsletter

(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about our current, interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent. We inform you about current developments in civil, labour, social, corporate and tax law and related areas of law.

(2) We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to register for our newsletter. This means that after you have registered, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 48 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store the IP addresses you use and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to be able to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data.

(3) The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. Providing further data is voluntary and is used to be able to address you personally. After your confirmation, we will save your e-mail address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR.

(4) You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can declare your revocation by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter e-mail, via our contact form, by e-mail to okrass@okrass-steuerberatung.de or by sending a message to the contact details given in the imprint.

 

(5) We use the help of XY GmbH & Co. KG to send the newsletter. We have concluded a contract for order data processing with XY GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) and fully implement the requirements of the German data protection authorities when using this service.

 

§ 7 SSL encryption

We use SSL encryption for the security and confidentiality of the transmission of data (such as confidential content and inquiries that you address and send to us). You can recognize the encrypted connection by the lock symbol and the description “https://” appearing in the address line of your browser.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you send cannot be read by third parties.

§ 8 Objection to advertising mails

The contact data published by the operator of this website as part of the imprint obligation is not to be seen as consent to the sending of unsolicited advertising and information material. As a precaution, such use is hereby contradicted. The operator of this website expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising being sent, for example spam e-mails.
